Day 10 (Tuesday, May 30, 2006)
Even though we're spending the whole day "at sea" on the way south towards Vancouver, it's the inside passage, so there's still 24/7 scenery going by. We use the day to take some interior pictures of the ship and pack. All luggage has to be tagged and in the hallway before we go to bed.

Here's a shot of a ship about 30 minutes ahead of us heading back toward Vancouver. It gives perspective on how close you usually are to the shore--and the scenery:

As we came back to our room for dinner, we looked out on the verandah and found the B.C. pilot coming aboard right below our verandah:
