I would send you photos of our great-grandchildren, but the Fredonia gang didn't even know our children. In quick review, they are: Bernie, retired Air Force Colonel, living in San Antonio, TX; Richard, sadly, experienced major brain trauma two years ago and is a "permanent" resident at Canandaigua VAMC; Joan Johnson is a lead teacher at Douglas Elementary, a Columbus OH inner-city magnet school; Mary Jane Ackroyd is a pharmacist (30 yrs) at Kinney Drug in Dryden, NY; Elisabeth (Betsy, Liz) Regateiro runs Big Lick's (cigar bar) and Sake's (restaurant/bar within La Quinta Inn), both in Cocoa Beach, FL.
Norwood and I still live at 755 Park in Dunkirk (site of several faculty parties in days gone by). We continue extracting Chautauqua County genealogical data. We have published over 100 titles through the Chautauqua County Genealogical Society. These can be found in many libraries around the county. Our children are unimpressed--not a best-seller in the bunch. But hey, after 22 years of retirement, we are still able to do it. Well, slowly and with much trial and error!
